The facts have been published at least 2-3 times on these pages...as follows... Top Rank agreed that they DID owe Phoney money, and BY CONTRACT were paying it in payments (monthly are quarterly I can't recall) and due to someone's oversight, made a few payments too many and caught it. The payments were then stopped but although it was a considerable amount overpaid, it was not enough for Top Rank to go after. So they let it go.

Those are the relevant facts as printed here. I have to post this every month or so because some maybug will drool out the mantra....as being straight from the saint's lips....
