Correct, but Rigondeaux showed us against Donaire that one shot dont win you fites and against Mayweather its hard to see.

I can agree with that. Castillo is one of the greatest lw of all time though Marcos nowhere near that. That's why I said it. That's just how I feel.

And we all know what Garcia did to Khan. Floyd should fight Maidana and Khan should fight Garcia at 147 on the undercard. I think Khan should beat someone with a title at 147 before he gets a shot at the P4P king of boxing.
So if khan moves to 147 then Garcia win over'em at 140 lbs is irrelevant then?

I agree D.Garcia getting a shot even without having fought at 147 and Khan fiting Porter (title) or get a big win in general first to build momentum.

But undermining Khan's win over Maidana is just not rite.

It'll be something along the lines of that. No matter who he fights, after he wins theres some excuse after. Nevermind that Ortiz was coming off FOTY and had a belt, he's demoted to a "cross eyed armadillo" Nevermind that Cotto was coming off 3 TKO victories and avenged his loss to Margarito. while Floyd has to come to 154 for only the second time in his career. He'ss demoted to "bloated" Nevermind Guerrero was Floyds mandatory and EVERYONE and their mother was saying he was ducking the Ghost after news surfaced that he'd be fighting Alexander instead, he's demoted to "featherfisted", on top of that he didnt look to "featherfisted when he made Berto look like he had a damn allergic reaction. BUT I DIGRESS.

He should fight whoever he wants and whoever makes the most money because the excuses will follow after anyway, might as well get a big check from it.
QFT. The revisionist history in the case of Mayweather's haters is pretty amazing. Remember when Floyd was scared of Canelo and would never take that fight cause he was gonna get knocked out? Yeah, neither do the haters. lol

Who does that inhalant sniffing Maidana think he is. He couldn't knock out a light weight who kept coming to him, so why the **** is he trying to warn Mayweather.

I'd take broner in a rematch barring he's still an idiot and I hope someone doesn't just beat him but knock him the **** out and erase him fron th sport.
if maidana didnt get a second kd I would be more inclined to agree. That second kd cemented the fact that Broner could not sufficiently adapt. You cant teach someone to adapt..its like teaching someone to freestyle rap. Broner could try to grow movement but if he reinvents himself at this point and abandons his set feet fortress style... then he'll lose alot of what made him a standout in the first place. He's a decent fighter, he could win several ww matchups imo.. Marcos is just a shooting star right now, what can I say.

I know why AB lost and any logical fan knows it. Props to MM for winning that fight BUT that's as far as I go with it. I think that unless Floyd gets old and actually looks 37 on fight night, he SHOULD KO Khan. Not just beat him, but KO. Furthermore, we don't know how much Khan has been learning behind closed doors. If he can get cute enough defensively, Floyd will have a very tough fight for 12 full rounds. Khan is absolutely the wrong type of fighter to be fighting if you're an aging fighter. That's why I said it will be an exciting fight while it lasts. Khan is as tough as MM is. He is pretty damn tough and he trys to win every round. Floyd likes to relax and slow things down in there. Khan's workrate, blazing speed, legs, and stamina is a challenge for Floyd. MM is known to run almost of out gas as he did against AB. An elite fighter will exploit this.
If Khan had an iron chin I would say hed be a real force. But he's the kind of guy whos gameplan changes when he's hit flush. Khan isnt as tough as MM... he's scrappy but lil scrappy.. if u get me. His chin just kills him. I maintain that the current adjusted to ww and more technically sound marcos absolutely has his way with Khan. Khan spent too long in their fight shelled up taking hits... marcos with better technique=marcos with better leverage.. Marcos with better leverage = marcos with more power. Marcos with more power = a bad day for his opponent.

Maidana has grown into a WW since the Devon fight but he must also realize that he wasn't in there with a real WW in Broner. Broner was green, arrogant and in over his head at 147, he just didn't realize it until Maidana put him down. Broner had no business at 147 other than winning the title from Paulie and vacating. Floyd probably walks around lighter than Broner but he is a real WW who is accustomed and acclimated to the weight, and Maidana would see and feel the difference between the 2 almost immediately...

Pretty much how i see it, Khans chin isn't as bad as people make out. His defensive is just really poor so those hayemakers rain down and believe me they pour. He got tagged lots by maidana, rewatch the fight. Interesting fight v Mayweather....
