Floyd may not be invincible but Maidana must realize that Floyd is not Broner. If he thinks Floyd and Broner are in the same class skill wise he's crazy.

Broner has no leg movement, so yes i believe he is nonathletic
A guy who cant get away from punches, he fights like he has his feet glued to the floor lol
I always said soon as Broner gets in the ring with anyone who ****s it will be lights out, he couldnt cope with Paulies movement, Gavine Reese was taggin him at will, lucky for him those two had no power. People on here were adament that Broner only stays in pocket because he knows they have no power, but i was dubious of these absurd claims
I was initially 50/50 on the Maidana fight, but favored Chino as the fight drew close via KO, i knew Broner wasnt cut out for WW, he turned out to be worse than i thought he was.
So yes Broner is not athletically gifted, he cant move his feet
Athletically gifted to me is Floyd, Haye, Rigondeaux, Khan, Pac, Roy Jones,Ali etc...
This is just my opinion thoughComment

Can't say it any better.Right, then after he dismantles Maidana he'll be demoted to another " slow flat footed fighter" or "Khan's leftovers" or " Who'd he beat, Broner? So what" or "He was supposed to beat him" or "He's past his prime" or "147 isn't even his best weight!" or "Maidana shouldnt even have been in the ring with him" or "Floyd carefully chose Maidana, they saw weaknesses in him".
It'll be something along the lines of that. No matter who he fights, after he wins theres some excuse after. Nevermind that Ortiz was coming off FOTY and had a belt, he's demoted to a "cross eyed armadillo" Nevermind that Cotto was coming off 3 TKO victories and avenged his loss to Margarito. while Floyd has to come to 154 for only the second time in his career. He'ss demoted to "bloated" Nevermind Guerrero was Floyds mandatory and EVERYONE and their mother was saying he was ducking the Ghost after news surfaced that he'd be fighting Alexander instead, he's demoted to "featherfisted", on top of that he didnt look to "featherfisted when he made Berto look like he had a damn allergic reaction. BUT I DIGRESS.
He should fight whoever he wants and whoever makes the most money because the excuses will follow after anyway, might as well get a big check from it.

honestly what other fight does Mayweather really have?
GBP/Showtime played it's trump card in Mayweather vs Alvarez after that GBP stable was looking pretty slim. and let's face it Mayweather pretty much only fights GBP fighters.
Danny Garcia and Marcos Maidana are both coming off pretty big upsets and would make good opponents.
I know Amir Khan's name has been out there but he's basically been a non factor since losing to Danny Garcia. yeah his last fight with Juilo Diaz was entertaining but can anyone say he's all the way back after that fight??
so I'm thinking why not Maidana, Maidana will probably lose but it should be entertaining.Comment

Im back for my adopted thread.
False.. Maidana despite the height difference has more functional range than Ghost. Better angles.. more power. He would be chasing Floyd all night just like Guerrero. Broner is not a true welterweight, he is small for the division and Chino was able to push him around and keep him on the ropes.
Not a chance in hell Floyd will just sit there and let Maidana square up, he will be gone the second Chino comes in on him. I like Maidana and respect his heart, but this would just another version of the Guerrero fight.
Maidana has done more than ghost and ortiz did to get a mayweather shot. Arguably canelo as well. 2 stoppages over rough opponents and a blasting of floyds "lil bro".. its a very impressive bounce back run from the Devon debacle.
and I have already seen the may khan fight. It unfolds the same way every time. His chin will kill him against a sharpshooter like may.
