That would work pretty nicely for me - but who would Stevenson fight on such a card I wonder? Bute maybe? - Nah, it'd have to be a non-Canadian fighter to make it work - Fonfara perhaps? Maybe La Bomba would work but I guess he'd rather an easy comeback or two first.Comment

Everybody want to say they want to build up the fight. That would work pretty nicely for me - but who would Stevenson fight on such a card I wonder? Why not do this then?!
Would be 10X bigger if Pascal won the belt and fought Stevenson.
Fonara was already in talks for Stevenson after Kovalev targeted him.Comment

Ok..so basically, what Pascal said was, "bok, bok, bok b'gaaaawwwk! Bok, bok, bok b'gaaaawwwk!"...good job on the translation though, Mr. Robinson!Comment

Former champion - Campillo by stoppage
Champion - Cleverly by stoppage
At least bring up some cons that can't be immediately discarded.Comment

Well, in hindsight - he is a nobody now.
But go back two years, and Sillakh had his own hype train going on, with a good amount of posters sporting an avatar picture of his. He looked like he had great boxing skills and he was a black russian to boost.
But his defense is what did him in, and now he is relegated to a 'nobody'.Comment

too be honest neither has GGG & kovalev have proven anything yet. I said the same thing about lucas matthysee & bet on danny garcia to win & was correct. beating Nathan cleverly doesn't mean anything. the only thing I hear & read is the same people here hyping a guy much like they did dimitrenko, boytsov, kovalev, matthysse, etc. all aboard the bandwagon until they lose. the funniest part of it all is the same guys actually take the time to go back & erase their posts hyping him or take them off their avatar. it is the same cycle over & over. kovalev & GGG are the new flavor of the month because they knock a few overmatched opponents out. they will have worshippers until they lose or actually have a tough fight then the so called "big fans" of GGG & kovalev will be nowhere to be seen... seen it here so many times over the last 4 years...That's what I like about casual fans from the Americas: if they don't understand a boxing style they label it as "shit"...
If Kovalev was a "can crusher" the supposed "big guys" at 175 would have rushed to finish him off... But but but (surprise!) they don't...
I'm beginning to hear the same tune they sing about Golovkin -- he's not tested, he didn't prove himself yet, a.s.o.
Same patheticalities...Comment
