They should have waited till this guy had 8 or 9 fights like with Rigo, it's insane he's fighting a guy like Salido for a title shot in his second bout. Even if he wins, I think there's a possibility of him getting into a war and hindering his pro career.

Not to mention nobody would give it to them they had to do something boxers dont do much nowadays... Earn the ****! Actually Rigondeaux had to have Donaire put on his contract or he wouldn't sign with top rank that's how much they've had to claw to even get shots to prove they're the best.

Salido probably won't even bother/ risk throwing serious punches until the 6th round. if Loma is able to get him out there before then, that'd be some ****. I'll go with the most likely, he gets taken to deep waters, survives, wins wide UD because of the slow start of Salido

Yeah there was a Thai guy that won it in his 3rd. And Pete Rademacher fought champ Patterson in his pro debut and got stopped. Notable stuff, but sounds like you'd rather Salido rematch Cruz or Weng Haya on UniMas?

Wouldn't he be the "disrespectful" one as this is a voluntary defense? Maybe I am wrong, is he the mando?

Lomachencko has the better amateur record.

Rigo was calling out a one fight novice and wanting to weight drain him too.

A one fight novice lol . And what's rigo with 13 fights a veteran ? Rigo said he would fight him at catch . He is clearly the smaller man. As far as gamboa not wanting it ,his last fight was at 135 and the one before that was 130. He hasn't been at 126 for a while.
