She addressed this last week. Look up the article. She said she "stands by the results" and I don't blame her.

As far as the Chinese commission test coming back negative, how many times have we argued how incompetent NSAC tests are? Now the Chinese suppose to be better? M'kay.
      Good post.

A sterile environment is not a table with a whole bunch of random **** on it, and right next to a BOXING ring (which is a haven for all sorts of bacteria and whatnot exist).

Anywhere, anytime does not mean taking samples regardless of the environment, regardless of how ****** the area is, etc. Anytime, anywhere does not mean not putting on gloves from start to finish either.
Hey, I'm not defending VADA! I simply stated what I could see them saying in arguing their case for how they gather samples in the open. I have worked for an airline that conducted random drug testing. We were required to give our samples in a bathroom. While it was private and kind of clean, I assure you it was in no way sterile. As a matter of fact, I have given blood and urine samples in hospitals and THOSE environments aren't sterile. The only sterile environments in my hospital are the O.R. in surgery and the testing section of the lab. I understand the argument for cleanliness, but a sterile environment for urine tests is unlikely. Wiping the part of the body where the sample is taken from with an antiseptic, washing the hands and wearing gloves are the norm for obtaining local site sterility. A sterile environment involves wiping everything in the room down with a powerful germicide after each patient leaves. Doesn't happen for drug testing.

He had diuretics in his system. What are the chances? It's like the cops finding a weapon with the murderer's fingerprints, but without a warrant. It may be inadmissible, but how do u explain the fingerprints?

Oh ok. Yeah, I'm sure they'll say something along those lines. I agree.

But you know what I mean, not perfectly sterile. Somewhere that's a bit more private and decent than literally right next to a boxing ring! Haha. And not right out in public in front of random people and media like that, that's ridiculous. Having athletes standing with their d*ck out like that.

I'm not defending Rios really. He's likely guilty as sin. I'm more placing fault on VADA for allowing themselves to be open to that line of questioning and criticism. I blame them for their lack of professionalism. They are supposed to be very thorough in how they do these things, leaving very little to no room for athletes to make accusations or excuses like that.

Rios is basically saying in other words, his piss was probably contaminated because of how unprofessional they were in getting his sample. It should never come to that. Rios could be full of sh#t, but they gave his this escape.

AND THEN AGAIN, Maybe It's Karma; You, Ariza & Garcia Were ******s Thru Camp

Wanted to act like, talk like, threaten like gangsters, make fun of Freddie Roach's illness, seeking to play head games and not leave a shared gym on time, don't be surprised when bad things come down on your gangster-selves. Having Ariza in camp benefitted you nothing. You lost horribly so, and now being questioned over your drug sample. This is what thugs do... they always cry foul, point fingers, blame others and circumstances. MLB Ryan Braun tried to blame the FedEx delivery driver, later had no choice but to come clean and own it. Now you're orchestrating a storyline against VADA... let's hear what they have to say about the "process".

How this clown ever made 135 blows my mind. Rios has no respect for the game and it continues to show by his weight issues. Don't be surprised if he ends up at 160 down the road.
