In what fight, exactly? Against Danny? When Danny was holding on for dear life in the clinch? Oh, that fight?

If that's the case, then why doesn't EVERY fighter in the history of boxing start throwing like a wild man in the clinch?

You know why they don't? They're not fighting bums like Broner. I know that's what started this discussion.

People want Lucas to do what Maidana did against Broner. Problem is, Broner's a bum!

I can't believe how yall still believe Lucas can beat Danny... The rematch would be even easier for Danny. The more Matthysse opens up and lets his hands go, the more timed bombs land for Danny. Danny showed he can't be hurt by Matthysse's power, and Matthysse showed he can get dropped by Danny.

      Ain't too late to repent.

I think there wouldn't be massive differences made, however a noticeable difference nonetheless. He could improve his offensive arsenal at the least, and in his case that's not necessarily a bad thing, anything more would be a bonus.

Lets not forget Ariza's conditioning too!
        That's all he needs.. smh

No way does Garcia win "5 of 5 times". It's a fairly 50-50 fight, as we learned. One of them may have the edge, but I'm not sure who it is.

Matthysse is still a beast, but a few things need work. If he could fix those, he'd certainly have a real shot to win the rematch. He has a good shot anyway.
Great post from a smart poster

Garcia didn't dominate by any stretch. Did anyone think Alvarado was going to flip it on Rios in the rematch? Fighters adapt, it's part of being an elite fighter.
