I knew the Pac haters will use the Rios failed drug testing to say Pac was taking something.
BUT YOU HATERS ARE IDIOTS.
The testing that Rios failed was urine, not blood, according to the article in the Ring website. The substance is more common with dietary supplements to lose weight or make weight in the case of Rios. Not blood testing.

And ok let's look at current day testing. Has Floyd stepped out of USADA? Where it's apparent he has some special agreement with them and NSAC?
Last time I checked Pacquiao did VADA testing. Floyd has not. How many fighters from the money team tested for banned substances
But it is a fact that Pacquiaos lawyers subpoenad USADAs test results for Floyd and they were never given to the court.
Yes, Team Pacquaio had been asked for documents relating to Pacquaio's health. I believe what happened was, Team Mayweather first demanded Pacquaio's records, and then as a counter, Team Pacquaio demanded Mayweather's records. Or it happened the other way around. It's lawyers demanding documents, not the court. Neither side supplied each other with the documents wanted.
Why should Floyd step outside of USADA? Do you even realize that VADA didn't even exist when Floyd began to use USADA (first for the Shane Mosley fight?).
Pacquaio has done ONE random drug test. Mayweather has done FIVE.

VADA nor USADA can catch all cheaters. Their tests can still be beaten. It's just not easy beat because of how testing has advanced, and because of the random nature of the tests.
NSAC caught more cheaters than both VADA and USADA this year, does that make NSAC's testing better? No!

What that means? I don't know and I won't pretend to know. Berto Peterson and Rios were caught using VADA.
