Floyd doesn't have a strength and conditioning trainer that he uses and is associated with another fighter testing positive for banned substances.

And in the past, Pacquaio didn't do random drug testing with either USADA or VADA. That indirectly opened himself up to accusations. I'm pretty sure both Pacquaio and Roach are going to be pissed when they hear about it, because it makes them look bad too.

Since the Mosley fight, USADA has reported all Floyd's tests as negative. So the 3 failed test rumor is extremely weak. A better, but unfounded, accusation would be that Floyd is using the latest and best undetectable designer PEDs. That makes more sense as a rumor, than the 3 failed tests from USADA (they have a great reputation).

The court subpoenad the testing for the 3 failed samples. They were never provided.

How many fighters from Floyd's gym have failed recently for PEDS? Bey Love Smith?

What other proof is there that Manny has taken steroids or anything similar? Because someone said so?

But when it comes to Floyd, the court ORDERED USADA to provide the paperwork with the failed samples, and it wasn't done.

In my opinion, JMM was dirty for Pacquaio vs. Marquez 4. But Pacquaio could have been dirty too! Many aren't making that accusation though because Pacquaio got knocked out brutally, not Marquez. Either way, after such a brutal KO, Team Paquaio corrected themselves. And no, before Pacquaio vs. Rios, Pacquaio had never underwent strict random drug testing. He passed the weak Commission tests, weak tests that couldn't catch the PEDs in Marquez's system. And possibly Pacquaio's system too.

The difference between Bey, Love, and Mayweather is that it's Floyd Mayweather that does strict random drug testing with USADA. Plus, Floyd has never tested positive with either a USADA test, or an NSAC test.

Whereas Bey and Love tested positive with an NSAC test. Floyd is fortunate he does USADA tests, otherwise he could be under su****ion.

Last, the courts never ordered USADA to give up documents. Lawyers can request for documents, but that doesn't mean they legally have to be provided. Unless a court forces them to, and that never happened.

What documents did team Mayweather want? Were they subpoenad? If so then team Pacquiao should've showed the court those documents. I won't give them an excuse but this is the first I'm hearing of this.
