Cotto avoided Mayweather it's on record. Marg fight would've cost him a ton of money in the end, if you don't know why they didn't fight you apparently are new here. Pac and him disagreed on a lot of things both sides, Pac avoided first, May since then I'll go into detail if you want.

if pac wasn't on peds then why did he not want to take the random testing to fight Floyd . Floyd met all the demands of a 50/50 split and sent a signed contract . pac turned it down if he wanted to fight Floyd that bad then he should of done the tests. he was always juicing . hes not knocking pple out now cuz hes not using anymore . that's why hes doing the random testing now .
