The court didn't ask USADA for any documents. Lawyers did during what they call 'discovery.' But just because lawyers request documents, doesn't mean it has to be given. Unless the court demands for it -- which they did not.

The testing that Rios failed was urine, not blood, according to the article in the Ring website. The substance is more common with dietary supplements to lose weight or make weight in the case of Rios. Not blood testing.

What documents did team Mayweather want? Were they subpoenad? If so then team Pacquiao should've showed the court those documents. I won't give them an excuse but this is the first I'm hearing of this.

I believe what happened was, Team Mayweather first demanded Pacquaio's records, and then as a counter, Team Pacquaio demanded Mayweather's records. Or it happened the other way around. VADA catches everyone. They has a stricter testing regimen than USADA or NSAC. 4:1 vs 6:1 isotope ratio.
