Floyd doesn't have a strength and conditioning trainer that he uses and is associated with another fighter testing positive for banned substances.

And in the past, Pacquaio didn't do random drug testing with either USADA or VADA. That indirectly opened himself up to accusations. I'm pretty sure both Pacquaio and Roach are going to be pissed when they hear about it, because it makes them look bad too.

Since the Mosley fight, USADA has reported all Floyd's tests as negative. So the 3 failed test rumor is extremely weak. A better, but unfounded, accusation would be that Floyd is using the latest and best undetectable designer PEDs. That makes more sense as a rumor, than the 3 failed tests from USADA (they have a great reputation).
