I think there was more to be su****ious about when he refused to take the test in 2009.
Ariza getting caught helping rios try to cut weight is not really a surprise, as rios is lazy and always seems to have trouble cutting weight.

What Rios took was completely legal last year. It could have been bought at any sports nutrition store without a prescription. Ariza might have given it to Pacquiao but it wasnt being tested for at the time.
