No. It's like I said in another thread:

And Freddie has been vying for Pac to get rid of Ariza for years now, the Rios fight with testing was agreed upon way back when Ariza was still Team Pac. It was months later that Freddie/Pacquiao let Ariza go. You guys know why Pacquiao asked for testing, we were all making jokes about it when the news came out...because of Marquez and Freddie's public su****ion of him. Rios just so happened to have worked with Memo Heredia the fight before and that's why they requested testing.
If Pacquiao is guilty by association so are a lot of other fighters, and that includes your beloved Floyd Mayweather when his fighters from his gym are getting busted for trt and floyd claims to not know what that is meanwhile having been close friends with Don Hale who own many such clinics across America. Not to mention there was an articles published from an established writer saying he had sources that claim Floyd failed 3 tests. The proof is in the pudding.

I'm just saying Pacquiao has taken the extra tests like we wanted him to, and he still looked like a good fighter even after getting put to sleep. Give the man some credit.

Besides, when Rios hired Ariza, there was no sense of urgency from Team Pac, they laughed it off like it was nothing to fear. You would think if they knew something about Ariza, Freddie would panic or Pacquiao would and maybe start making more demands (besides the testing that they already asked for months before letting Ariza go). But there was none of that, just Freddie saying, "Ariza doesn't know anything, he can't help Rios get ready for Pacquiao."

They share the same trainer, which is even worse. Floyd promotes them while claiming he is out to clean-up the sport of boxing while he can't even clean up his own stable. He also has a mentor, who is a leading expert in TRT, smh.

Don't accuse anyone of spinning anything while that's exactly what you are doing by spinning Rios' failed test to somehow prove that Pac has always been dirty.

It never occurred to you that Ariza has an axe to grind with Roach and team Pac that he would go the extra step to give Rios an edge knowing he is outgun for this fight.

And Ariza was not the concern at the time when VADA was requested, it was Rios association with Memo.

Which is fine and well minus the fact Manny dodged testing for years so you don't really know. It's all speculation. Was he on something? Probably not. Though he could've went and squashed the rumors 100% instead of aggravating them.

Pacquiao fans can keep pretending that this means nothing but when added to tests refusals, lame excuses about needles etc, he's the most su****ious in the sport.

HE dodged tests for years? he offered unlimited URINE TESTING to Floyd, he only wanted cut off dates for blood. Urine testing not blood testing has caught all the cheats so far.

Also in 2010 at the end of the year he agreed to do the drug testing, Floyd went on vacation.

I was merely providing a more stronger argument for being guilty by association, which in my initial reply I stated that I don't believe...
