Sure it makes pac su****ious, not guilty though. But also again why do you say refusal of random drug testing?

He wanted a cut off date for BLOOD TESTING ONLY, but was willing to do unlimited random URINE TESTING every single day. Urine testing is what caught the PED users recently not blood.

it was justified as not a made up excuse when the 2005 video interview showed prior tot he demand he said he would never let anyone take blood from him too close the fight again because he felt it was a tactic by Morales camp to weaken him. Sure its laughable but their is proof he believed it, and boxers are superstitious.

When Pac finally agreed to the random blood tests Floyd went on vacation and than later gave pac more demands. even after pac agreed to testing Floyd just like his fans kept repeating take the test, which is strange pac agreed yet they still repeated it like they have ear plugs and blinders on and block out it out like it never was agreed upon.

The reason why Pac didn't do drug testing is because he didn't give a care, Roach cared and said he wanted the drug testing for the Marquez fight Pac like a warrior said who cares ill fight anyone, he had to learn the hard way when he got knocked out, and now he must learn the hard way with his taxes.

So are you saying Pac passing VADA OST with flying colors should be ignored? And that he's been "dirty" since 2009? So with that logic OST is useless since it will never clear the accused of any wrongdoing. So everyone who took OST was never really cleaned, smh.
