I'm more surprised it isn't steroids. At 135 I understood him not making weight, he is a big dood and looked pale and gaunt at every weigh in. 140 didn't help much either, it did but to me he still looked drained. Now he can't even make 147, this guy either half ass trains or is eating **** he shouldn't be and not telling anyone, because 3 weightclasses where you can't make weight is laziness.

this kid is simply lazy. dont think he works all that hard in between fights. he basically relies on his natural ability but doesnt work on being a better boxer especially conditioning. sad because he could definitely be better in the sport but he's just so lazy.

Everyone doesn't realize that Rios will walk away from this situation untouched. There will be NO suspensions and most likely no fine. The Chinese Commission is unlikely to fine a fighter who doesn't reside in China, and doesn't normally fight in China. And NSAC isn't going to punish a fighter outside their boundaries (another state or country).

This is the VADA loophole also, no sanctions.
