Really??? Canelo would beat the **** outta Thurman.

Anyway. I don't think we'll see an AB-Paulie rematch. The first fight wasn't overly entertaining. And I doubt those involved would wanna go through the circus that was that promotion a second time. AB is being groomed to be a PPV star, or at the least a guy that can do huge numbers fighting Floyd. And all of his opponents are gonna be geared towards making that happen. If I had to gues, I'd say AB's next opponent will be a Floyd leftover. Either Guerrero or Ortiz. And there's an outside chance he could do a "unification" with Porter in OH. I think they're gonna let Paulie be Garcia's 47 debut, provided Danny isn't fighting Floyd in May.

Serioulsy, its more possible that Broner loses to Maidana than Thurman loosing to Karrass.

Completely disagree. The decision to move it from PPV likely had very lil to do with them thinking it would flop. Because they knew it wasn't gonna do big numbers when they announced it. It likely had more to do with getting AB maximum exposure. And truthfully, by taking it off PPV and giving it a PPV level promotion. Showtime and GBP is probably taking a bigger loss than they would even if the show only did 100k buys.

This is true. Broner is in more danger of losing than Thurman is.

Anyway, completely agree. In many ways, I am much more excited about the Thurman/Soto-Karass matchup than I am Broner/Maidana, although I am not so sure Broner will win impressively. He'll win, but he'll get hit. All of this sets up a future Thurman/Broner fight, but I think we'll have to wait to see it for a while.
