Thurman needs to get pass Karrass who is no joke.
If he KO's him though, I think he earns his shot at Broner.

Get Porter and Danny Garcia into this mix and we've got ourselves a killer 2014.

If both wins, I don't see any reason for Broner to ducked Thurman as he claims to be the very best up there besides Floyd and Andre Ward.

So why does the number 1 contender need to (KO) Karass to (earn) his shot again??

Especially since the #1 contender's been contending for the belt that the title holder shouldn't even have??

Respectfully sir, no he is not. Thurman cannot box or move close to as well as Paulie can and they are stylistically almost the complete opposite of each other.

I didn't think too much of Thurman the first time I saw him fight, I thought whatever it's just another dude who can punch, but every time I see his fights he impresses me a little bit more. Thurman will hurt you and still keep his cool, and as we saw in his last fight he can box from a distance and then go for the kill. I got Thurman over Broner by late KO.

I'd be willing to buy it on PPV if the undercard was decent and provided both look good this weekend.
