List them by all means lets compare their skills and determination.
I didn't "glorify" anything, actually I discounted Duran and Hearns as great wins. Do you actually read my posts? Ray.

Don't take my word for it. Knock yourself out:

And what are you saying then? That Seales, Monroe, Watts, Antuofermo, Colbert and a well past it version of Briscoe are better wins than Hearns? If that is what you're saying, I daresay you may find yourself in quite the minority.

Really love seeing some boxing inputs from u guys, but 1thing about hagler that could trouble hopkins is the way he cuts the ring. That's the one thing that i voted for hagler, b hop is a thinking fighter and a slick operator, but hagler will surely somehow demolish him in late rounds.

I like both of them, but i honestly think hagler is one tough mofo, maybe the greatest middleweight atg.

I feel like this poll should be closer and Hagler's getting a nostalgic boost here. I'd pick him, but wouldn't favor either guy more than 55-45.

Hagler. 12 or 15. Doesn't matter just be a wider result on the scorecard.

I don't have to look at their records to know who they fought, I worked against both of them and handled fighters they fought! I know what matchmakers were used and how they were brought along, personally!
Leonard doesn't show a group of opponents as good as Hagler fought its there in black and white and goes double for Hopkins!
Are you actually a "Duva" and was part of the Duva family? If you are you should know better and if your not why aren't you using your real name?
Hearns was not a fight when Leonard was coming up it was a title fight! Don't you read posts or are you one of those who just wants to make noise?

I was talking about Hagler's win over Hearns, which you apparently discout as a "great win" in favour of the likes of Seales, Watts, Monroe and Colbert who were the furthest thing away from being great fighters. Only one of these fighters was actually ranked when Hagler beat them, and that was a highly dubious ranking that was later exposed with the Ring Magazine scandal.

And no, I'm not a Duva. You might find this difficult to believe but few people on internet forums tend to use their actual real names. It's admirable that you do, but it's evidently not for everyone.

The fact that you don't know that Hagler had the tuffer ride to get to the top tier competitors should have told me to stop! I you don't understand that the men you mentioned were tuff tests for any middleweight coming up tells me you've only read about the "champs" and not the lower end of the top 15 that you must get by to accend. Hagler lost two of those encounters but redeemed himself with terrific wins in rematces. Done with you, you picked a name that has some history and knowledge with it but I can tell you for a fact that Mr. Lou Duva would not be thrilled with your "fake name" or alias.
Fake sounds better in this instance! Good night and I'll avoid you. Ray.
