Is there any options that Mayweather has at 147 that are not cherry picks?

IMHO Devon looked better at 147, than he did at 140. I think he'll handily beat porter. Hopefully that gets him some respect.

Same way I see it. Devon's inside game is to clinch. Its effective for slow power punchers like Maidana but Porter's quickness might cause him a lot of problems.

Wasnt mayweather offered millions to fight margarito but he chose to fight baldomir? Mayweather is a hell of a fighter but he lacks a career defining win and at this point I dont see it coming either. His career is like shoulda coulda woulda...

there's no gbp fighter at welter right now that is a good fight for floyd.

vacation is the best option for him...he already did it twice in the past when his division was hot. now that he can't find a good opponent, the more he needs to go on vacation.

He won't fight Bradley . Bradley is high risk low reward. Bradley is like a Black man prime Margarito keeps coming, good chin, good endurance, that is why Floyd never fought Margarito. You have to be all over Floyd you can't be afraid of his counter and swarm him like Castillo did. Most of today's fighters even with all their steroids and endurance trainers they lack what the old fighters did back in the day able to fight 15 rounds. That is why someone like Duran would have beat the crap out of little Floydie

Devon Alexander and Garcia are the only ones on that list that actually deserve a shot at the payday. Its too early for Thurman and GTFOH with Khan. I'd like to see Thurman/Alexander, they'd both bring it.

Remember when Matthysse obliterated Garcia that Mayweather would duck Matthysse, he wouldnt dare step in the ring with him. Now nobody mentions Matthysse and Garcia now needs tune up fights at 147

Garcia vs Mayweather is a good fight in my opinion but Danny doesnt seem interested at the moment.

Mayweather vs Bradley i would love to see but wont happen for obvious reasons.

I dont have a problem with May vs Alexander either as its more competative than Mayweather/Khan.

Yep, and Porter throws short compact combinations, he's an all around decent fighter, his quickness is the only good thing he possess which is enough to deal with Alexander. Slip the jab, throw combinations in close, then get out, I'm expecting Porter to do that.
