Manny has done nothing to further his career in the last five fights. Remember how everyone talks about Sweet Pea's win over Oscar? Exactly.

Yeah Mayweather beat Marquez easily, but Pacquiao gave Cotto, Mosley, Hatton, De La Hoya beatings, unlike anything Floyd could do. Pacquiao didn't struggle with Cotto, Mosley, Hatton, De La Hoya at all. Floyd did.
Floyd fought at 147 before Canelo, so he moved up.

Canelo beat Trout to stake his claim as the man to beat at 154.

Nothing in the bold was taken into account on my list. I was merely looking at WHEN they fought.

I am gonna say Bradley is the most impressive fighter, either of the two has faced in their last five fights. Bradley was P4P top ten, a young hungry champion, proven, good resume, smart, good skills, undefeated. These are my reasons. Although Bradley won with the judges, most people agree Pacquiao beat him, and quite easily. Therefore that makes the fight that more impressive. Pacquiao toyed with a fighter with the qualities I mentioned above. You will notice that when Pacquiao does not feel threatened, he takes his foot off the gas and carries his fighter. I believe he did this with Bradley, too. Maybe Bradley did have a bad injury which prevented a 100% performance on his part. I would say Floyd-Garcia would be equivalent to Pacquiao-Bradley.

You can even talk about who's faced the better opposition in last five or six fights, too.

            Manny:
            Rios
            Marquez
            Bradley
            Marquez
            Mosley

            Floyd:
            Canelo
            Guerrero
            Cotto
            Ortiz
            Mosley

IMO this is how I rank the opponents:
            1. Manny - Bradley
            2. Floyd - Canelo
            3. Manny - JMM 4
            4. Manny - JMM 3
            5. Floyd - Cotto
            6. Floyd - Guerrero
            7. Manny - Rios
            8. Floyd - Mosley
            9. Floyd - Ortiz
            10. Manny - Mosley

Pretty close IMO, what Bradley did to JMM makes him the best opponent in my eyes!

what to you think would be a tougher challenge if you were training a fighter,, have him fight ortiz and ghost, or jmm and bradley,,

people act like manny is some huge natural welter, but the fact is he is a blownup lightweight and jmm and bradley are his size,, same with rios, and shane was bigger

I dont ever complain about floyd not fighting other 154 guys like lara, andrande, molina, trout, angulo or even canelo at 154 because that is not his natural weight class,,

jmm twice and bradley once, with shot shane, and tough rios is better IMO then old shane, ghost, ortiz, cotto, and canelo at a CW

ortiz, ghost, are on the same level as rios
Canelo is a good fighter and bigger but floyd took the CW so size wasnt that great and plus i have never heard of a unification fight that had a CW between 2 champs at the same weight class
Shane cancels each other out,, both fought an old, no legs shane,,,
bradley and jmm twice are the best fights out of the ten discussed and the most challenging

Not sure what you mean,, I think if he would have gotten the right decision vs bradley he would have furthered his career,

the jmm fights did not, and neither did the rios fight..

But the same can be said for floyd,, in the grand scheme of things beating ortiz, canelo, ghost, cotto, mosely really didnt do anything to elevate floyd's career..
Floyd and manny were already established as the top dogs when all these fights happened so nothing outside of fighting each other, would really do anything to their legacy

Reality of this question is this

Is Bradley and Rios better than Canelo, Guerrero, Cotto and Ortiz put together, answer is a simple no.

Mayweather wins, he dealt with Marquez easily so i'd base it on the other fights.

Single hardest fight is Bradley though
