Roach approached Ariza looking like he was going to attack, which legally gives Ariza the right to defend himself. Open and shut case, Roach wouldn't have a leg to stand on.

      Roach willl lose in court.

Thats why cops have the right to shoot at somebody when they tell them freeze and then the person decides to go to his pockets.

For all we know the guy can take out a weapon.

Ariza's choice to jab at Roach with a front kick was the right thing to do given the circumstances.

That being said, Ariza proved he is a piece of **** when he mocked Roach's Parkinson's and he will probably face the karmic consequences.
Defend himself? A Parkinson's diseased old man vs a whole camp of Rios? Seriously?

What are you going to do then??? Tell Bob Arum hes a piece of sh...??? Tell Bob Arum "You effing ***"???

Go ahead see what happens to you then LOL

Let me clarify again, I am not talking about the physical altercation. My point is that Team Rios were out of time and Roach reserved the right to tell them to leave and disrupt interviews and Brandon's training.

As for Bob Arum, he and Roach are friends and even with the *** comment by Roach, their friendship will endure.

Also, Bob Arum would probabaly agree that Team Rios screwed up by showing up late. Arum seems the type of American who respects and appreciates time and punctuality.

As for talking **** to Bob Arum... Ariza has been trashing Arum in the media for years now and is still making money from Top Rank fighters. Last time I checked, Ariza was in Macau making fun of Parkinson's disease.

That diseased old man can't injure someone? He's probably still fitter than 90% of people that post on here. If a wheelchair bound 100 year old looks like he's about to attack, you can use physical force to defend yourself, that's the law.

He has no right to tell them to leave, it's not his property.

Yeah ok, thats horse****. The mere thought or,look of an alleged attack is not justifiction for the use of force by a civilian.

Of course he can tell them to leave. His scheduled gym time was 11:00 am.
The time of the incident was 11:15.

Team Rios showed up to the gym late, as a result were taking away from Roach's time. He had every right to demand they clear the gym for him.

It's not like Roach showed up early at 10:50 and started kicking people out.

Go read the law, you don't have to be attacked just feel that you're about to be to defend yourself.
