This is my second time seeing the video. It's funny how those ****** fuc*kin Mexicans were demanding that Roach vacate the premises and it was Freddie's time in the gym.

That's why Freddie dared them to throw him out.

But looking at it again, things are a little different now.

The fact is, it was Roach's time in the gym. Team Rios responded by telling Roach to "Get the **** out of here"

Roach responded to that by saying something to the effect of "make me leave. Come on. Make me leave, this is my gym time now"

Then, Ariza got mouthy, and Roach for whatever reason, approached Ariza and got kicked.

This was between Roach and Garcia. But, The members of Team Rios are gutter trash. Probably the type of trash that feel they deserve entitlements as evident when they felt entitled to tell Roach for "get the **** out" when they were now imposing on Roach's gym time.

And it was when they decided to inject their useless to society and entitlement based attitude into the situation that things escalated.

Ok, they had an interview with Garcia. The professional thing would have been to consider how long the interview would be and understand there are time constraints. These people have done more than enough interviews to understand the concept of time.

Time was up for Garcia and crew and Roach reserved the right to kick them out, interview or not.

Because its easy to say this after the fact that Roach is alright and nothing happened to him to start talking about morals.

The law understand that its not that easy because somebody could go up to you in a hostile manner and pull out a gun and blast your ass.

People are really ignorant about the law.

Roach and Ariza didnt have no weapons on him so this case wasnt that extreme but Roach showed enough of a specific action that could possibly mean he was going to attack Ariza which the law then give Ariza the right to strike Roach.

Sometimes the cases can be complicated such as the Trayvon Martin case where there was no evidence whatsoever about who actually started the altercation which lead to somebody dying.
