Laugh all you want but thats a huge reason why the Trayvon Martin case ended the way it did.

Either party could not come up with who started the altercation but the DEA tried its chance to prosecute but couldnt produce anything that impressed the jurors enough to find Zimmerman guilty so they let him walk.

We may never know who struck who first but that was the case right there and that information was never put out there in a way that the jurors would feel that Zimmerman was the aggressor.

The law will try to see if Roach did something to Ariza that would give him the right to defend himself.

In this case Roach according to Ariza balled up his fists and went toward Ariza in a hostile manner with the words "COME ON!, COME ONE!, COME ON!".

Ok if no video evidence is shown on the balled up fists fair enough but Roach going toward Ariza in a hostile manner with the words "COME ON! COME ON! COME ON!"
