he's never done great ratings. 1.2 million people tuned in and 1.2 will never watch him again. don't fret ward there's still about 330 million other americans out there who haven't seen you fight. maybe you can trick them?

i just don't see people saying "wow when is ward's next fight!" i dont think they will ever say that either. he's just too boring. if ward fought again next week would 1.2 tune in? no! they would probably cancel their hbo.

I agree. Only hardcore boxing fans will ever really be interested in Ward's fights. I think he knows that too, which is why he's targeting fights like Chavez and Froch who casuals do enjoy watching.
