I am not dis*****g what the majority of posters thinks will happen, I am simply arguing that the initial betting line and the lack of movement up to this point suggests those concerns are not valid. am also someone who believes a 4-1 underdog is that no matter who is fighting.

i'm not sure about using a betting line to prove anything is factual. im sure you know there are many factors that contribute to them, none of which are really concrete.

the betting line clearly refutes the noton that this fight has a huge element of mystery to it.

You are trying to justify rios getting this fight and there is none other than he is likely to produce a profitable, exciting fight where he loses. that is the exact logic of the floyd/khan fight.

IMO, no becuase losing by KO doesn't mean manny is no longer an elite ww, especially considering IMO he beat Tim and he lost the JMM fight becuase of a technical, correctable mistake.

There's a lot of uncertainty around Pac's condition, and Rios is just the kind of guy that'll surface any issues like a broken chin or gunshyness, in a way a better fighter like Bradley couldn't (not that he wasn't offered a career high purse first).

Anyway, refer to that Rios vs Khan poll, then compare Floyd and Pac's respective position for some context. The more vulnerable guy with many questions around him is taking on the much more dangerous fighter.

if you are saying he is a joke of a ww I agree 100%. there is no way khan deserves, has earned, or should be considered for a floyd fight. that does't mean a fight with khan/ghost orkhan/devon would be a joke.
