then perhaps you've missed the point. we arent talking about who we think is going to win, we are talking about the chance of an upset. surely you can see the difference.

i do not think manny will lose but i would be less surprised if he loses than i would if floyd did.

that doesnt mean i think any more or less of each fighter. its ok man.

Khan is a joke because of who he has fought recently, and his performances in those fights..No those fights would not be jokes, why because those guy's are clearly not the best WW in the div..This is not hard to understand bro..What does those fights have to do with Khan Mayweather or Manny Rios??

Rios against any of those fighters would not be a joke either,as for what the thread is about tho..Pac Rios is a return fight and of a guy who's was KO'd,while Mayweather is coming off of beating a very strong JMW,why oh why would anyone wanna see a joke of a fighter(Khan)in with the best fighter in the world..Explain..

I am confused. I am agreeing with you the floyd/khan fight is a joke. I can't explain it, and I haven't tried.
I just also think its a joke that Brandon Rios, coming of a loss, is quality opposition for an elite ww, even one coming off a KO loss like manny. I think a true ww would be a better guage of where manny is.

I would be equally surprised if either fighter lost.

            seriously?

rios > khan by a mile at this point

khan recently lost twice and has turned to sht being unable to spark too bums, his chin is as sht as ever and he has just adapted the worst style possible for him, a technical one

If any oher elite ww was fighting rios you and other manny fans would be highly critica of it.
So exactly when is Floyd going to fight 3 top p4p fighters within 18months btw? Pac is held to a higher standard than Floyd is. Canelo was weight drained against Floyd, so people may wish Floyd did this or that, but he never does.
JMM was unranked as a LWW, let alone a WW when Floyd cherry picked JMM. Yet you go on about we don't know how good rios is at WW? Pac came off a ko, he can fight anyone if he wishes to. With rios we will see what Pac has left. Cos if Pac destroys Rios better than anyone ever has, that is some gauge.

So why was Floyd cherry picking JMM a good fight then when JMM has no experience at LWW let alone WW? Floyd doesn't even have the excuse of coming off of a KO loss!

Pac Rios is a good fight. Both guys coming off of losses with exciting styles a ko will happen. Pac wins. Mayweather is on top of the world and fighting Khan who has looked extremely limited since the GARSH knock down. Dont get me wrong Khan has a style that Im interested in seeing fight Floyd but Khans past it or needs a few tune up fights at 147. Floyd needs to fight the Lara Trout winner or if he necessary Garcia. I would love for Floyd to fight Bradley. I wish Floyd would just say in public "Goldenboy, Toprank, get me the Pacquiao and Bradley fights.

Maybe a while back I have a problem with this fight. Khan is good enough matchup for Mayweather. Amir will come to win and at lease attempt to impose his will on Mayweather. I still think it will be fun to watch while it lasts. I will even go so far as to say that it will have people who hate Mayweather may even cheer a little bit from time to time. Amir has nothing to lose. He is a good fighter with speed. Of course everyone thinks he has a glass jaw. He will come to fight.

why is floyd held to such high unhuman standards by fickle fans?
Floyd is held to a lower standard than Pac, and Floyd also holds himself to a lower standard than Pac.

Floyd likes to fight guys like the one who he sucker punched and the ghost, so it don't matter if people say Floyd should fight Sergio and other middleweights, he never does anything out of the ordinary like people say he should. So Floyd holds himself to a lower standard and cant live up to peoples expectations of himself. Bloating up JMM is about as risky Floyd gets, or draining green fighters who aiint top 10 p4p.

Guys stop going back and forth with this ignorant fool Big Dunn. he keeps repeating the same irrelevant **** that you guys just CLEARED up to him.

He keeps mentioning Pac being held to a lower standard, and compares to floyd, Dunn stop and listen, Floyd is held to a higher standard because in LIFE those who talk a big game and are arrogant and brag bring it to themselves.

He claims to be the best and calls all the legends with losses bums. So why wouldn't he be held to a higher standard and he is one of the most skilled boxers of our time.

Pac has never claimed to be the best or down other opponents opposition so he gets a pass that is life didn't your mother tell you about this? or are you just a bully where people in your environment are all arrogant pricks and show offs?

Also dunn keeps talking about rios coming off a loss, well wtf man do you watch boxing? that wasn't even a hard loss, Alvarado was fighting for his life in that fight and rios was left with no damage. Pacman is coming off a devastating KO loss. If Floyd came off a KO loss he would not get hate from unbiased people on his next fight, it would be lame to do so after a KO loss.

Floyd is coming off his best win so why step down to Khan?

Also if Pac beat Canelo at catchweight you would just continue to hate on him with catchweight drained excuse and saying big deal Canelo was tailormade and flat footed for Pac, yet Floyd gets praised for beating a tailormade drained canelo.

Another reason why I don't like Dunn is because he keeps misleading people, like when he says Pac fighting another lightweight or guy coming up in weight, he knows dam well Rios is a huge guy and bigger than Pac, but he is using whatever he can to discredit Pacman. Either way he will find a way to discredit pacman because his main goal is to keep elevating Floyd.
