Hbo and promoters make all that money and don't have the decency to help that man but instead ask fans for money. I wonder how much they all made on saturday smdh. Hopefully some rich boxer steps up and does the right thing

hbo, manny, klitschko brothers, and floyd should set an example and lead the way to pay-off all of magomed hospital bills.

i was planning to purchase the manny/rios ppv but this tragic event totally changes my mind and would rather donate the $70 to magomed.

I'm late into hearing all of this news. What a dark past month or so in boxing. Anyway, I wish only the best for Abdusalamov and his family. I'm totally shocked after all seemed well after the fight.

So did the stroke happen right after the fight or more recently?

I hope he's been recovering for the past few days and I saw something from his manager on another forum.

            przemek garczarczyk ‏@garnekmedia

"B.Grinberg, Mago manager: His life in not in danger anymore; it was close. They want to wake him up from induced coma on Thursday #boxing"
But I don't know if this info is recent.

This **** is getting worse by the day. I had no idea this kid was in such bad shape after the fight. He was never even knocked down. Best wishes for him and his family.

Don't worry, some people will foot the bill. There are plenty of rich people involved in boxing. The family won't have to be financially burdened.

Yeah that's the way it goes - HBO and promoters make their money on "entertainment", provoking boxers to actually forget about boxing and degrade to street brawlers. They're don't care about aftermath and boxers health, they just care about money that entertainment produces. Especially such "entertainment" is dangerous in HW where every punch can cause serious trauma. All I can say to Kellerman and Co. - go to the ring and show us "entertainment" that you demanding from others, and we with pleasure will see you in coma on life support, ****ers.
