Only if he want to be The SWW champ. Unless the weight limit dropped to 152 recently

Canelo is already too big for Floyd and Floyd was pretending like those arm shots, and body shots werent hurting. But they were! He gets props for walking him down and staying in the pocket!!
Cotto and Oscar was not washed up when Floyd fought them.Do you even know what a washed up fighter look like?Oscar and Cotto was fast and sharp in the Floyd fight. They were probably not in their prime but Floyd wasn`t in his prime either, does that mean Floyd is washed up?

Floyd hasnt taken any damage. Cotto has taken so many azzwhoopins its insane. Oscar was also passed his prime and wasnt even training hard. Both were money fights. But at least I give props for him fighting Ghost, Ortiz, Mosley, Juan when he fought them. They were all underrated and had completely different styles. Floyd is forced to completely change his style in order to dominate each of them without getting grazed. I think thats legendary. Canelo is too big for Floyd, and that was a bonus fight. Floyd gets MAJOR Credit for walking him down.

Doesn`t matter if Floyd has`nt taken much damage,he was still past his prime in both the Oscar and Cotto fight, and he was outweighed by a huge margin in the Delahoya fight, and was 35 years old and out-weighed by Cotto.Prime Floyd is Mayweather-Gatti,Mayweather-Baldomir......Really Prime Floyd is Mayweather at 130.

You make 154 you fight , real simple, its why they make weight.

Telling people why Floyd chose to fight Canelo at 152 is not an excuse, its telling people the reason Floyd chose to fight Canelo at 152.You should go look up the definition of excuses.

Not surprising. Fighting Mayweather is legitimately just like hitting the lottery.

There was a celeb (not sure who he was) on Twitter calling for Martinez at 152 the other day. Hate all this '152' talk like it's a new division that has popped up. Jr Middleweight title fights should be at 154.

I'd rather see the likes of Martinez and Golovkin fight eachother at their normal weight than come down to a weight that leaves them like skeletons.
