I love a boxing master class from floyd everynow and then but they're not fun to watch for the casuals. Bradleys just not fun to watch at all honestly. I bought marquez bradley to.

Oh sorry, because you guys get too caught up in the personality.

        His personality affects his boxing,

He posted this then missed weight directly after

I hate him because he's trash though

or how about, he's not that good, hasn't fought many good or great fighters but gets praised like he's among the best in the world.

Well.. he's the most exciting of these "slick urban" stylists isn't he? I mean, he's the most hittable out of all these sweet sciencers right? I really enjoy his style.

It's fun to watch, I do think he will get past Maidana.. maybe stop him with a body shot.

These days it's probably better for everyone concerned if boxing is no more than a niche sport in the US. If it were to regain the popularity it once enjoyed here, the same societal forces that expel little boys from school for fashioning a pistol to play cops and robbers with from their thumb and forefinger would destroy it.

The rest of the year it's bum fights like Maidana vs Karrass, or Rios vs the latest bum.

I want to see to American technical boxers give a showcase of defense and skill at it's highest point.

Just remember we used to have

                  Holyfield - Bowe
                  Hagler - Hearns
                  Louis - Walcott
                  Walcott - Charles
                  Liston - Patterson
                  Hopkins - Wright
                  Ali - Frazier
                  Mayweather - Judah
                  Ali - Foreman
                  Toney - Jones
                  Hearns - Leonard
                  Holmes - Spinks
                  Hopkins - Taylor

Guys like Whitaker and Mark Too Sharp Johnson, were celebrated and showcased. Now we have the networks backing up Maidanas, Karrass, Margarito, Froch, Rios, Matthysse, Klitschko, Santa Cruz, Mares WTF happened to boxing? Back Crawford and all the young up an coming boxers that need the support

Bring back REAL boxing. REAL skills not just two bums swinging at each other.
Guys from the early 90's and earlier were not afraid to throw leather,

thats the problem with todays so called "sweet science". All fighters on the top 10 p4p were there to win, they were not there to survive a match and run around the ring like an amateur. No, they were there to actually "hit and not get hit", they were there to put a hurt on you for your mistakes, to show off their skills in daring fashion.

None of the top p4p on a respectable list were runners like in this current era, which is pathetic that people call that BULL***** i see today a "Sweet Science".

Theres no point in risking your health just to please the fans people say, but all the great ones on the top p4p list did it. Those who dared to be great, thats what sepearates the great fighters from the ones who play it safe, HISTORY shows it.

Why are people taking this thread seriously? Look at some of those fights the TS listed as having "defense," and also notice how every one of them involve two black fighters.

I'll never understand why people take these threads seriously.
