Why don't networks get behind the Sweetsciene anymore?

I'm tired of these brawlers swinging like cavemen in the middle of the ring. I want to go back in time when skill, defense and an undefeated record were appreciated. It seems like the only time we can get a good showcase of boxing skills is when Mayweather, Bhop, Ward, Rigo, Broner or Bradley are schooling someone. They only fight once a year or two at most. The rest of the year it's bum fights like Maidana vs Karrass, or Rios vs the latest bum.

I want to see to American technical boxers give a showcase of defense and skill at it's highest point.

Just remember we used to have

    Holyfield - Bowe
    Hagler - Hearns
    Louis - Walcott
    Walcott - Charles
    Liston - Patterson
    Hopkins - Wright
    Ali - Frazier
    Mayweather - Judah
    Ali - Foreman
    Toney - Jones
    Hearns - Leonard
    Holmes - Spinks
    Hopkins - Taylor

Guys like Whitaker and Mark Too Sharp Johnson, were celebrated and showcased. Now we have the networks backing up Maidanas, Karrass, Margarito, Froch, Rios, Matthysse, Klitschko, Santa Cruz, Mares WTF happened to boxing? Back Crawford and all the young up an coming boxers that need the support

Bring back REAL boxing. REAL skills not just two bums swinging at each other.

Networks dont get behind it because boxing is a joke of a sport,,

just look at the BS rankings, horrible match-making, horrible scorecards, etc.....

serg-ggg nope not going to get it
        floyd-manny nope
        bradley-floyd nope
        donaire-mares nope
        chavez jr is an embarrassment,,,

in every sport, top teams or individuals compete against each other,,,, not so in boxing,,,,

Boxing is a joke compared to other sports, hence why networks dont really care about it

Ha and what fights are the most enjoyed by fans?

What fights tend to have trilogies?

People who watch boxing like wars, boxing fans may like a boxing match but **** that, most boxing matches are UD's and wide.

A guy like Carlos Molina hurts the sport more than he helps.

who cares what the people enjoy. Make the best fights with the best undefeated skilled fighters. No brawlers or sluggers getting all of the attention.

When skilled fighters choose to let their hands go it's different than a guy like Morales letting his hands go against another bum. It takes actual skill
