plus cotto = big ppv buys....

business wise it makes sense.... and plus idiots keep talking about how 'well' he did against money may, so casual fans would be ****** enough to buy into it.
Cotto forced Floyd to fight, which is something you don't really see anymore. That in itself is an accomplishment considering how Floyd opts to coast these days.

      I know that's not true.
I wouldn't want either if it's either of their next fights.

If Khan were to fight and beat Alexander first or another top WW I'd most definitely prefer the Khan fight.

If he started calling Floyd out for the rematch, I think the fight should be made.
        This.

Besides, the lone time that Floyd looked less than SPECTACULAR in a fight he made up for in his Castillo rematch. So, it wouldn't be too far fetched for him to erase any doubts about his performance in a rematch with Cotto.

Off topic but I don't feel like making a new thread.. Prime for prime, how do you think Floyd Sr. would have done against Floyd Jr?

I wouldn't mind seeing it. Rather see a Cotto-Canelo showdown first.

I wouldnt mind seeing it. Cotto gave Mayweather one of the toughest fights he's ever had. With Roach in his corner I feel he can do a lot better and make it more competitive than the first fight.

As of now? Most likely. I haven't cracked my first brew yet.

well, cotto has solidified his status as a boxing icon so he should stay in the big leagues.

RJJ is right. no need to fight nobodies.
