I honestly do not believe Cotto stopped Floyd from moving and using his legs. I have rounds 11 and 12 to back that up. There were multiple moments where Floyd was in the corner and literally stayed and baited Cotto in. He had no intentions on getting out. Cotto gave a good account of himself in rounds 6 & 8 but to say he forced Floyd to fight or forced Floyd to fight his fight is ridiculous.

So your proof is the only 2 rounds Cotto was completely gassed?

i laugh when people say floyd made the fighter tougher on purpose. floyd don't give a **** about giving the fans excitement. how many times has he promised to go for the KO and never does? floyd will ALWAYS try to win the fight as easy as possible. cotto brought the fight to him. simple as that.

Flaccid mayweather always over promises and under delivers in both opponent selection and exciting fights. Cotto has proven that he wants to fight the best and toughest opponents, always choosing to test himself. If flaccid mayweather had the same courage to challenge himself as cotto does i would be a fan.

I wouldn't mind seeing Cotto/Khan actually. Cotto just beat Delvin Rodriguez....not Trout or Lara or Canelo. But the ultimate ESPN fighter....

Personally I'd take this over Floyd fighting Khan.
I don't want to see a rematch yet. Rather see a fresh matchup like Cotto vs Martinez.

As in Miguel Cotto's words in the Face off with Margarito continuing to fight with broken eye...
                  "For wha?..es stuupid."

If it's between Cotto II and Khan then I take Cotto II 100% of the time. I would prefer Garcia or Martinez to either though, but I highly doubt those are next.

Exactly however I do think he kind of underestimated Cotto and thought he was finished already.
