Problem with the ring is that it's been a very biased organisation for a long time.
But USA will always be the premier country for boxing due to the money it spends on sport and population it has with access to sport, if it wasn't then there would be some serious questions.
I might do some calculations with the amount of people per ring top ten entrant in the country.Comment

Well for 1 thing including P4P is gonna count some boxers twice. Also do the Ring allow fighters (eg FMJ) to be top 10 in more than one division. This is most prevalent at the 140-154 weights best represented by the US/Mexico - again meaning some boxers being counted 2 or 3 times.Ranking include all weight classes plus p4p. Finally, Kazakhstan has two world champs, Golovkin and Shumenov, yet is unrepresented in the list. This seems unreasonable.
