Canelo had an excellent gameplan. Stay in the centre, lots of jabs and throw combos to the body. Im surprised Marquez didnt pick up on it but it turns out Mayweather is pretty good with his own gameplans. Who knew?

Canelo wasnt good enough to beat Mayweather. No shame in that.

Weight had nothing to do with that whats so ever...if he was bigger he would have got whipped worst he already had 15lb ...he was outclassed and from the dummies who said he caught most punches with his glove tell his right eye that...floyd is just the best if this generation and top 5-6 all time ...he's a boxer stop the Olympic excuse he stayed there in the pocket beat him in the ropes he could hit floyd ...no excuses

Fight should have been at 154lbs and the corner was ok but Canelo needs Nacho is his corner..

The weight clearly didn't effect Canelo which was obvious to see with the weigh in.

He was still strong and throwing hard punches in every round.

Your game plan will never work against Floyd because he is too damn good.

I thought that the weight would have an effect on Canelo too before the fight but after watching the fight he looked like the same old Canelo to me, fighting in spurts so I don't think the weight had much of an effect it was more the lack of skill..
