Garcia vs Matthysse Rematch?

I wouldn't mind seeing a rematch in a few years time, but not right now as continuous fights of this nature can stunt a fighter's progress. That being said I think that in a few fights time Garcia would have an easy fight with Matthysse, one thing I don't think people fully appreciate is how much Garcia has improved as a fighter.

You can't fight the first half of the fight like Garcia did and "school" your opponent.

I would favor Garcia as well, but that is also contingent on whether or not Matthysse starts to fight a bit more intelligently. I know he is already 30, but he does have some room for improvement if age doesn't start becoming an issue.

why not a rematch? it was a draw on my scorecard. 4-2 after 6 then matthysse took 10 and 12. without tony weeks it would certainly be a much better fight. another case of a guy doing better than everyone thought and getting special bonus points.

I think Matthysse definitely deserves a rematch. If Garcia gave a way past his prime Morales a rematch, than Matthysse certainly deserves one.

Garcia has Matthysse number. Garcia will continue to improve while Matthysse is settling into who he is as a fighter. All a fighter has to do is Show him a lil movement, Switch and mix up their punches and take away Matthysse power then the fight is had. Garcia was/is the better fighter. He knows how to find a way to win. Rematch goes easier for Garcia. Matthysse can't hurt him in a major way but Garcia can hurt him. Happy for Danny Garcia shutting up the naysayers....... AGAIN.
