You call yourself BoxingGenius? Lmfao. The ODLHYA that Floyd fought was a name, and nothing else.

Oscar wasn't washed up when he fought Floyd. Floyd just made him look that way. And like when the fight happen next week, every punch Canelo throws the fans will be applauding even it they don't land, making seem like the kid is doing damage. Same as in the Dela Hoya fight. This is why outsiders of boxing hate the sport because people don't want to give credit where credit is due. Oscar and soon Canelo was & will get beat by a better boxer...

Yes Canelo resume is NOT that good and I never said it was. I'm going by what I believe Canelo is capable of from the fights I've seen. Mayweather may be that person to make you believe that Canelo is an A level fighter. I have Mayweather winning a decision but it won't be dominating.

Plus it looks like only 1% of the people agree with your take...

Canelo couldn't even KO Trout who's chin doesn't compare to that of Mayorga.

On top of that we're not even talking experience and the Hall of Fame resume DLH had been in with.

If we're talking size, DLH is about 3 inches taller and was almost a LVWT on fight night against Floyd.

The only thing Canelo has is youth at this moment.

It's crazy comparing Canelo at 154 who has accomplished schit to that of DLH. The only person that had stopped DLH was Bernard Hopkins... Let's not make this out to be like DLH was sooooooooo over the hill. He lost in competitive bouts against the top guys.

No one goes through DLH's resume undefeated. No one.

            DLH >>>> Canelo

            The way it is
Because Trout had been down before right?

being washed up and being in your prime are 2 completely different things. Look I'm pro Mayweather but I'm not going to act like that was the best DLH ever.

DLH was always overrated. ODLH seems to be even more so.

He surely isn't as big as Canelo. So that's pretty funny right off the bat.

What's you motive here? Are you nervous for Floyd? Are you trying to convince yourself it will be an easy fight? Floyd fought DLH 6 years ago.

People are saying he's bigger and stronger than DLH because he KO'd Josesito Lopez and fcukin Alphonzo Gomez. Give me a break
...and those were both ref stoppages. Both were unhappy with the stoppages, Lopez explicitly stating that he wanted to go on.

Even a casual fan that watches Canelo's HBO "Greatest Hits" will be scratching their heads wondering why he has so many TKO ref stoppages. Dude's been hyped to hell and back, coddled with a padded-ass record not only in wins but also in "KOs."

That being said, and not to discredit the man himself, I think he poses a solid challenge for FMJ. The Trout win was solid, if still a close fight. He's shown good power but not KO power. Throws great combos but that are typically only effective on stationary targets. It'll be to fun to see him plant down, try to get one of those combos off only to have to reset after the first punch because Floyd's long gone.
