The guy admitting that yes indeed they are taking advantage with the catch weight while saying is Alvarez' team fault is far from cynical. As far as I am concerned, Canelo's record will continue showing no losses after Sept. 14th. Floyd himself has discredit any possible victory with his own ******ity.

Hey, it's Mayweather's own words. He said that Cotto was undefeated because of the plaster and the catchweight. Catchweights don't count in Mayweather's book.

Guess the Alvarez fight is an exhibition.

Is it hypocritical for Mayweather to take the CW? Yes. Does it take anything away from the magnitude of this fight, the risk he is facing, and the legacy of Mayweather's career should he beat Canelo in a dominating fashion? No.

Never seen so many haters. It don't matter what the weight is. Floyd gonna give this guy a boxing lesson.

But most flo stans will tell you the CW took a lot of shine from Pac Cotto. Not even like partial credit, but 3 years worth of abuse. Here's Ellerbe, explaining why the CW request was worth the massive hit to Floyd's rep:

“Cotto was a dead man walking when he went into the ring. The casual fan doesn’t know what difference one or two pounds can make when a fighter is already down to weight.”

But you didn't agree with this when ELlerbee said it. So what changed between then and now to make you agree with him?

I don't agree Cotto was dead at the weight, I got a pair of eyes and a working brain. But I agree there's a chance 2lbs could affect a fighter, which is what Floyd and Pac were banking on. But going up in weight to your 7th division is one thing, a divisional champ in his 5th shouldn't need such a handicap unless he's a lesser champ.

Of course you don't, he was facing Manny. So why not let your eyes and brain determine if Canelo is drained before complainin aqbout the CW?

You said Ellerbee was wrong when he said this and now you are cosiging it. Thats the exact type of hypocricy you are *****ing about regarding floyd.

I'm not cosigning it dude, just like I'm not cosigning Floyd's idiotic quotes when I post them. Just showing you what POS these guys are.

But as I've said many times, it's more objectionable to be asking for a CW while holding a belt in the same division, on principle.
