Well,my first post everyone. No disrespect.I just admit I hate Floyd at some point for some reason, but I love some of his act though. I love boxing and consider watching a boxing match is my greatest entertainment. Why ? Because I love the drama, the beauty of good action and the intensity of a good punch (hey.boxing is about punching am I right). Me, and most of the people who pay to watch boxing are paying to watch action,we are hate to see a boxer jogging backward and chess match. We want to see action. For me, Floyd is talking like he is Tyson or Lennox prior the fight but he did the opposite in the ring and at some point getting booed by the crowd.Disapointed. We hate the arrogance of yours. Hell who doesn't hate the arrogant.any normal people would hate it. not to mention who does he fight with.
So,in order to back up all your BS and self proclaimed ATG, or even to be just considered great by consensus.You need to fight,(no..not beat, just fight is okay) the fighter who posses a biggest challenge at your time regardless your very moment who might fall to some name such as prime cotto, williams, Martinez, and so on and so on. And give us a very good show of boxing.Because we believe those fighter can bring the potential of you and pushing to the limit type fight.Just as Oscar, Barrera, Tyson, Holyfield, Lennox,PAC, etc. has did. sadly Floyd hadn't did it just yet.
You can't count beating an Old Oscar with close decision, you can't count beating cotto a year ago (well Trout did beat him as well),Mosley,and so on.
You have to beat Oscar at the time when he fought Vargas, Cotto when he was KO ing Judah, Mosley when he beat Oscar. Well you said its not his fault, now there is none of prime Oscar,prime cotto,prime Mosley . Sure you are right, but this very present era has it's own prime fighter as well to prove your greatness. Canelo is a great start. A credit for Floyd.
Despite off all that Floyd BS, I see that now Floyd had showing he is less trash talk,takin care his boxer, treat them well, motivate,very inspiring and good leader. His own BS had covering all the good quality of his personality all this time. IMHO. Oops so many words already, had to stop though still have so many things in mind.

Are there overhyped young fighters who receive more credit than they yet deserve? Of course. At some point in every great fighter's early career, "potential" exceeds "proof."

But people who actually waste time arguing that future HOF fighters like Mayweather and Pacquiao don't have credentials worth respecting are hard to take seriously.

Note to all the armchair haters: just because you don't like a fighter doesn't mean that the fighter hasn't accomplished more than you ever would in boxing in 100 lifetimes.

Floyd is not upset at not getiting credit for his wins imo. He's basically saying that you guys always give the other guy an excuse as to why he lost more than you give Floyd credit for the win. Imo, Floyd is being sarcastic, and that he doesn't care what you think anymore meaning his critics. That's what I got out of what he said.
