Calzaghe embarrassed and clowned on two Yank heroes in their own backyards (see my sig)

No wonder there's no much resentment towards Sir Joe.

Calzaghe was the heavy favourite for a reason. Kessler was untested and it was his first step up and lost. Lost again to Ward too

Ward owes his career to Calzaghe.

Joe broke Kessler when he was at his peak and laid the blueprint for young Andre to follow. Of course, Ward added his own trademark to the performance with the repeated billy goat headbutts.

WTF? Kessler was NOT unproven. His jab was considered among the best in all of boxing at the time. That win made it possible for Joe to come to America
THEY FOUGHT FOR ALL THE BELTS (not ibf)..THAT FIGHT DECIDED WHO WAS THE CHAMP AT 168

he was never undisputed smw champ and never defended a non wbo smw title major title, and never held a title at LH outside the Ring thing nor defended one.

seems you make it up as you go along, not really much point in arguing with you if you argue that Calzaghe beat prime Ali or whatever you fancy in the next post.

But that division was weak. Are we really going to say Froch couldn't handle that era? C'mon now.

Joe would struggle in Froch's era.

Once again, learn about boxing. If you win every belt in your division, you're undisputed champion. You can defend them 0 times and you were still undisputed.

Beat the best at SMW, beat the best at LHW, clowned on Roy Jones for a laugh and retired. Legendary!

If you want to change the subject...thats on you. I'm not debating Froch v Cal

But to say Kessler was unproven and that fight was his first time stepping up is just, well, wrong.
