FROCH gets schooled by Calzaghe. But on shame in that, calzaghe one of the greatest ever fighters...look what he did to the US fighters....

That's the reason he fought him the 2nd time.

You haven't come off very well in this thread. I do like your photo though. Very good. But you're just saying stuff & getting deeper into a hole.
There was no reason for him to fight him the 2nd time. That was more a promotional ploy than anything to get another title. weak

Look at their resumes and you see one man has beaten the best while the other is a solid tier B fighter who couldn't get past an old worn out version of a man Joe wrecked.
Calzaghe couldn't even handle the Calzaghe era.

Your admiration for your idol is to be respected and goodness knows we need more support for Brit fighters to ward off the refugees from Planet Klit and East Side boxing on here, so I wont let this descend into another Calzaghe bashing thread. So long.
In the modern era, it's almost unheard of that one fighter can physically hold all 4 belts at the same time because of the joke sanctioning body rules.

The IBF imposed a mandatory that Joe could not and shouldn't have had to fulfil. Otherwise he would have gone into the Kessler fight as WBO and IBF champion. Afer schooling Kessler, he won the WBC and WBA belts and was the undisputed champion to anyone with common sense.

Obviously you aren't in this category.

If you're the full champion and you fight the interim champion, you don't get another title you mong. Wtf?!

                Truth of it is:

if you switched froch and calzaghe,,, froch wins all the fights that joe did, but he would have probably lost to kessler when joe beat him,,, and the lacy fight would have been a more competitive brawl, instead of a one-sided beatdown.. i think froch beats lacy but nowhere near as badly as joe beat that dude up.......
And froch wouldnt beat hopkins at 175........

Joe was a better fighter IMO,,, took alot of easy fights, but when tested he always rose to the occassion,,,

Calzaghe would have loss if he went through Froch resume instead of his usual cherry picks

                      Couldn't agree more.

Joe would wreck Froch, want proof? Compare the biggest wins for Froch against the biggest wins for Joe and see who can compete and win at the highest level and who fell short.
