As for moving up, he avoided the same fresh top fighters at LHW. recognise the pattern?
He moved up to fight Bernard Hopkins who was the lineal LHW champion of the world in the most lucrative fight he could make.

    Stop making yourself look ******.

      Brilliant. Comedy genius

I'm a fan of them both & think Calzaghe would outspeed Froch but to say Froch "isn't man enough" to beat Calzaghe has me cracking up.

Do people think 'what can I post to make me look really ridiculous? Oh yeah, pick a macho face first fighter & say he's not man enough to beat a boxer who used speed & flurries".

Fantastic stuff, lparm. Thanks for the morning laugh, mate.

Next up, lparms post saying that Mike Tyson didn't have the punch to hurt Floyd Patterson

And he still had to clinch and butt the **** out of him.

Froch would have handled Calzaghe's era fine. Beating shot Roy Jones and a Green Kessler isn't all that. He barely beat old man Hopkins, and not one but TWO fights with Mario Veit lmao

So? Kessler was an undefeated double world champion at the time. To some he was favourite against Joe.

Make no mistake, Kessler was a very very very good fighter at the time.

he wasn't mentally ruined. you aren't a psychologist, don't pretend to be.

Beating an older Kessler after two tries in two close fights is Froch's most important win.
that's because Ward and Froch are younger than Joe. How do you expect them to fight a younger Kessler? Give them a time machine. ****** thing to write.

Kessler is a handful at any time in his prime.

He got undressed by Calzaghe in front of 50,000 people in the biggest fight of his life. Kessler was never the same mentally.

Winning a bunch of paper belts means very little these days. Who was his best win.. Andrade? please
