Does Jhonny Gonzalez have a better resume than Andre Ward?

    Mares
    Rojas
    Hasegawa
    Montiel
    Johnson
    Etc

    Dawson
    Abraham
    Froch
    Kessler
    etc

If memory serves me right, as much as I picked Abraham at the start to win people were saying Abraham & Kessler were tomato can killers and weren't anything. Not till Ward beat them to make him look good.

I know Gonzalez has had more time in pro boxing but overall I think he should gets his dues.

Gonzalez was considered "shot" by many and look what he did.

No, they were the favourite by the majority of fans also.

They were the overwhelming favourites by media, fans and the bookies.

To answer the forum question; No.

His resume is underrated and he has some great wins but he's also got some tough losses too. You have to consider losses when comparing resumes. Sad part about it is he was winning a lot of those fights in which he got knocked out. If he had a sturdier chin he would have an incredible resume right now.

I do consider the losses but this is about their wins. I don't get too tied up on people's "0" because most of the time, it's cause of them not taking many risks.
