    Thanks and agree too.

      Yes.

I wonder what's next for Solis? He needs to face a top 15-20 contender. Fighting more journeymen like Saglam, Larsen and Airich won't do anything for his career.

It would get him enough $$$ for McDonalds. Seems like his dedication to and desire for food has been much greater than his ambitions in boxing, unfortunately.

Not as one-sided as many of his fights.

Pulev has an excellent chin, and he's crafty and has a strong will to win. It could be Wlad's most difficult fight in years.

Also I agree with you about the pundits, they hate euro fighters especially eastern block fighters, that welsh guy, but especially john rawlings.

As froch says "I put his commentary on mute."

He's all right, but he often backs against British fighters just to sound like he knows more about boxing. I think he picked Scott over Chisora.

no he completely ignored all of Pulev early work and shots even when they showed them in slow motion inbetween rounds.

Some ring rust and difficulty adjusting to Thompson's awkward southpaw style was evident in rounds 1-3, but from rounds 4 to 12 Kubrat was in control.

Kubrat played it careful but smart, still mixing and using opportunistic timing to score shots. His gameplan was is to let Thompson get a little fatigued so he couldn't control the distance anymore with his long arms, and to use good timing to get on the inside throwing combos.

Pulev is now Wladimir Klitschkos IBF mandatory, we may see that fight as early as December of this year (Wladimir says he wants to fight again in December).
I wouldn't call the performance impressive. He looked a little rusty, his shot selection was questionable and accuracy off. To be expected, though, given the time he's been out of the ring.

Still, Wladimir has nothing to worry about.

                      True.

Solis, like Chisora, needs BIG fights. Shame his promoter is so inept.
