Not recently, he fought Provo's fight and it almost bit him in the ass. Mares' recent form is better than Bradley's IMO.

The common perception is that Tim is a regional level talent, not good enough for world class level competition yet he keeps on winning. Tim had to go to foreign territory just to get a title shot.....the guy is a constant under dog.

As an illustration, here are the odds for the JMM fight off of Bovada:

Thomas & Mack Center - Las Vegas, Nevada
      WBO welterweight title
      Both Must Fight For Action
      11:00p

      Juan Manuel Marquez

      -165

      Timothy "Desert Storm" Bradley

      +135

As you can see, yet again, Bradley is an underdog.
I can find threads saying anything. Doesn't mean Bradley was the underdog in those fights. Alexander just got undressed in his hometown by Kotelnik in the previous fight - a lot of his hype died after that fight. Peterson was fairly unproven at the time. Bradley was the favourite in both of those fights.

Obviously he is going to be the underdog against Pacquaio and Marquez. That isn't saying much.

Well, most "casual" fans don't know who he is, especially before the pac fight. I guess you could say the same thing for anyone not named Mayweather or Pacquiao. However, it doesn't take a hardcore boxing fan to know that Bradley is a top 5 welterweight. Some may even say top 3 welterweight. A lot of hatred from bradley obviously stems from the pacquiao gift decision, but most know that really he's a pretty solid boxer. some people read too much into the mythical p4p list. bradley was a beast at 140, and I think he has a good shot at beating marquez. I don't think he's really overrated, or underrated.

Bradley was schooling fools at 140, while Mares looked amateurish in the first 2 rounds against Ponce De Leon.

Bradley would utterly outclass a guy like Ponce, from the beginning.

            Yeah, I'm using triangle theories.
Lol ponce> prodnikov by a mile
mares would beat the sht out of bradley

Mares is better than bradley,,, but they are both top level A-guys.....

Bradley would beat everyone not on p4p lists,,,, and beat a couple of guys on the list,,,

I truely think he beats jmm, if he is not totally brain-dead after the ruslan fight

I thought Tim was going to go in there and just box it up but he went crazy in there. He made that fight a lot nastier than it had to be.

Tim's a bit too small to qualify as a good boy.....Ward isn't though.....let's make it happen.

If Bradley beats Marquez in impressive fashion, then he deserves praise.

I can see him winning but it will probably be in an ugly, scrappy affair where he was lucky to get the decision again. His fans will label it as impressive though.
