What is your favorite Joe Calzaghe fight?

Those were stay busy fights genius... It's abit like saying Golovkin fought Ishida, Fuchigami, Lajuan, etc. thus he's avoiding the entire 160 division. From 2006-2008 Calzaghe fought Kessler, Bika, and Lacy who were all top 5 super middleweights; Hopkins was the lineal light heavyweight champ and #4 P4P fighter in the world when Calzaghe moved up in weight from 168 to 175.

By the way, Froch got KO'd by Manfredo (who was 5 years younger) in the the amateurs...

Probably the Kessler fight for me. I was a fan of both fighters and it was one i was looking forward to a lot at the time.

The Hopkins fight was a dull affair, but i enjoyed Calzaghe's win after all that 'whiteboy' crap Hopkins came out with.

Enjoyed Calzaghe easily dominating Lacy also...especially after all the 'experts' predictiong an easy, early KO for Lacy.

Lol.. chad was in his prime, unlike eubank, jones and hopkins. Back then he never lost and he was already more accomplished than kessler and lacy combined. Beating chad at that point would have been joes best W.

At the very least even you should be able to admit its a tougher fight than beating up on RJJs corpse which tbh i dont think you can even call a fight. Joke or travesty is a better fit. Yet joe picked that over a real test.

Never really was a fan of Calzaghe, however the Kessler fight was a great scrap

Yeah he was so ineffective that Hopkins was gassed and had to fake injury to get himself a breather

Typical calzaghe nuthugger ignoring the facts again and making up **** to suit your agenda. Joe was outfought until Hopkins coulds no longer keep the pace, that's what happened. Joe had to resort to younger lung power to beat Bernard, otherwise he'd have lost handily for 12 rounds.

But quite right, to watch it was a terrible fight and and embarrassing win, arguably no one won that fight, to pick it as a favourite probably means the person didn't watch it.
