And if you think turning your back mid-fight, throwing your arms up and quitting in a truly significant bout is "respecting the sport", more power to you.
You missed the bigger point. You picked one sentence from several statements....... Oh well..........more power to you........

It's true, Floyd's biggest perk is that he picks who he wants to fight, back in the days you almost didn't have a choice, and during Duran's time,it was one of the hardest.

Floyd would have definately lost his O,

He has tough fights with guys like a shot to shiet cotto, after taking two career changing beatings at the hands of Margarito and Pacquiao , Floyd has the nerve to call it Cotto's 2nd prime.

Got rocked by yet another shot to shiet fighter in Mosley.

and now the catchweight king as at it again at 152lbs.

Floyd outboxed Castillo. The punch stats in that fight don't match how the fight went. Castillo hit Floyd low and tried to attack the body, and rough Floyd up and it didn't work. Floyd went to the head and body and won a clear decision in my eyes.

You can't post what you just posted and have Margarito in your avy.

I dont agree with Duran but I think Mayweathers "0" wouldn't last long in the 1980's boxing Era

It's a well documented fact that Duran was dealing a with a severe case of the aids going into this fight, thus he wasn't able to prepare properly and wasn't in good enough shape (he rarely is when it comes to competing against the best opposition that he would ever meet.)
