Duran and Mayweather are so hateful, the build-up to the fight and a 24/7 with them would have been great

Duran puts everyone down. People only agree when Duran is not insulting their favorite. I don't like Mayweather, but you have to realize what he is.

That's not a prediction to be proud of. I was one of the people who you tried to warn you how silly you were being only for you to argue me down. I accept your apology.

Maybe the fact that the competition isn't where it was in the 80's and he's dominating validates his greatness. I could see one loss on his record though.

Yea Floyd started moving away from that punch in the 3rd round.

What would be interesting to know is how many fans that lived through the Duran era rate Floyd. If you haven't lived through the Duran era then you cannot compare. And no, I don't rate Floyd. He doesn't beat up on anybody. And no, he's not a good advert for the sport. He's a non-action winner. Floyd is moreso a reflection of how bad current boxers are!

Which is a good thing for 'The Ghost'.........who is NOT great at anything except that he's mentally tough. Any version of Mayweather with any strategy easily handles him........

I dissagree. Ghost is a tactical boxer who makes great adjustments on the fly. But at ww, he started brawling which makes him tougher, and harder to beat. He isnt a combination puncher, he's a swarmer. His punches are too close together for you to easily avoid them like you would do a combination. With his height, reach, durability, jab, ability to be diverse, I think he will be hard to beat. He is much better than Nonito who can only outbox small slow opponents. Nonito could have beaten Rigo if he was relentless and brawled, because he would have been too big and strong for Rigo. But instead he was looking like a margarita type of fighter. Flatfooted, bum, easy to turn. Ghost is underrated skillwise.

And btw, the Floyd who fought short, slow Cotto would have gotten DOMINATED by Ghost. Ghost would have been too tall, and physical. Good thing for Floyd he had his footwork to fight a taller guy. I predicted Floyd to lose.

Floyd doesn't beat up on anybody? Lol. What happened to Chico and Gatti? Lol The Gatti beating was one of the worst beat downs I've ever seen in the ring! How is the best defensive fighter of the last 20 years a reflection of how bad current boxers are? Your argument defies logic.
