Lennox Lewis stated that Mike Tyson would have never been able to beat him. Agree?

Problem is that Tyson never faced anybody on Lewis´ level during his absolute prime(his days with Kevin Rooney) so it´s a tossup, still I would give him a fair chance.

a faded mercer gave a prime lewis all he could handle (mercer fights in the same aggressive style) we're talking about a prime explosive tyson for goodness sakes..........

If Rahman and McCall put Lennox down, you can be pretty sure an 80s Tyson would've stopped him.

Opponents were scared of Tyson and that played right into Tyson's offense. You can't fight Tyson scared.

If Buster could have done it in his earlier years then I believe Lennox could have certainly done the same as Lennox is on another level. Buster was one of the few in the early years that fought Tyson with no worries.

Prime Lennox would beat a prime Tyson but if they fought enough times, Tyson would eventually KO Lennox at some point.
That's fine but you told the other poster he is wrong. We have our opinions. I see your side but I think Tyson would have more likely won.

Yeah, and if McCall and Rahman could one punch Lewis into oblivion, then I'm sure prime Mike damn near kills Lewis.

When analyzing fighters, don't one side your argument because you look ****** talking about who would beat who. I believe Tyson beats Lewis 10 out of 10 times before he went to jail.

well,,,im sure lewis would be fighting tyson with much more respect than he did with mcall and rahman but I agree that tyson would catch lewis and get him out of there but I dont think it would be nearly as easy as you seem to think

Fights aren't easy, and I don't word fights like they're easy.
