He'll probably beat Khan but Brook takes him apart.

Hes never even fought a legitimate welterweight & Khan doesn't change that.
Again with your BS. Devon has fought two better WW than Brook has and dozens of others at 140.

Why are you giving a pass to guy whose biggest name on his resume is Carson Jones. Hell, Kell Brook hasn't even really proven himself against that said name either.

Would be a good fight though, would be a tough one to call i think. Do you think brook hits harder than Maidana?.

Really what has Brook done to earn all this praise? He's beat a bunch of bums? I mean the two times he has stepped up his competition he has struggled against an journeyman in Carson Jones.

          This is just becoming laughable.

You mean that one-dimensional punchbag Maidana, seriously? The guy can't fight anybody at all without going life and death.

Brook is a talented fighter he just doesn't have the resume to back it.

Struggled He dropped him twice and virtually shut him out. Jones had some success and got through with a few shots, it happens.

If the September opponent is Maidana or Broner I'll take any bets, Brook shuts them both out.

I will give you it was a much better performance tonight and he did impress at times, but he also struggled as well.

Maybe I expect too much from a guy crowned as the special one.

Talent wise, yes Brook has the potential to be a much better fighter. But what has he done to warrant praise over Maidana, I imagine Chino looks quite impressive fighting the same resume as Brook has.

That's a bit harsh i think, Only ever been dominated once and that was by a spoiler who broke the Record for amount of clinches in a televised bout.

He is in exciting fights (minus the Devon fight)Never been Knocked out, yet gets trashed on by members like yourself.

I'm a fan of fighters who put on exciting fights, and Maidana does, Yes he is limited but he isn't as bad as you are making out.

They might have a slightly better win mainly based on name value but overall they aren't the better welterweights. Hasn't Bailey only got one single win at welter? And Maidana has what 3 or something with only one notable win against a legit welterweight.

Maidana is a bum, the most overrated fighter of this generation. Quite laughable how favoured he was on here to not only K.O Khan but walk through Alexander lol
Hes a bum then he beats some bums who belong at 140 and all of a sudden he beats this guy and that guy. Face it, the rubbish quitter in Ortiz is the best win he'll ever have.

It wasn't perfect, but after a long lay-off it's about getting back in and doing a job. He still has to tighten the defence, but he probably won every round, dropped Jones a couple times and got the stoppage. Job done.

It's upwards and onwards now, I'm 100% sure Brook proves himself as a top fighter.
